tonight in a difficult time but
part of the order was wrong I
ordered a tandoori king prawn
main £12 and after a 3.5 hr wait
got a starter of 2 prawns - it
was meant to be a treat for the
family’s but was disappointed
tried to phone but could not get
through . Don’t want to be
picky but £12 for two prawns ???

That is our normal portion. The starter is one king prawn. A lot of customers have complained about the portions of king prawn, but the reason they are expensive is because of the quality and how much they are to obtain and buy in. Unfortunately that is our normal portion and we are very sorry to disappoint.

charging you this, then we are

local drops in Caldicot above a
certain amount. £50 is
ridiculous. This is an unusually
large amount to gain free
delivery for, in my opinion.
Reply : Steven we have people risking their lives at the moment hence the delivery charge. They’re coming out during this outbreak. That is why we charge delivery as we have to pay more drivers.
The service charge is from the third party and we can’t remove that unfortunately. We have no control over this. It’s just like just eat charging the 50p service charge.
You still have to pay it.
