Only complaint I have, is that I pre-ordered this meal, and the earliest time slot was 7.15pm (Order 2020-12-24 19:15:00) The fact I'm writing this now and its only 6.20pm should be a hint at the problem. 7.15 was about the right time we wanted the food.. But at 5.40 pm there was a knock at the door, and the food was on the doorstep. Luckily, we are under lockdown, so we were home, but we hadn't planned to eat for another 90 minutes. Had I been in work and pre-ordered before leaving, the food would have been sat on the doorstep for an hour before I even got home. If you are going to deliver food early by such a huge time difference, I suggest you phone the customer first, as if I hadn't been there, I'd have expected the food to replaced free of charge..
